Export Compliance Statement
Effective: 2026-07
We screen every transaction against applicable export-control and sanctions lists, verify end users where required, and decline weaponized or surveillance-abuse use cases. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If your application is sensitive, tell us early — we would rather lose an order than ship the wrong one.
What we screen, on every order
Destination screening: we do not ship to embargoed or comprehensively sanctioned destinations. End-user screening: buyers are checked against publicly available restricted-party lists (including the BIS Denied Persons and Entity Lists and the EU Sanctions Map) before quoting. End-use screening: weaponized applications are declined outright; security and surveillance applications receive case-by-case human review and may be declined.
China-side controls
Some robotic systems and technologies may be classified as dual-use items under Chinese export-control law. Before shipment we confirm HS codes and licence requirements with our customs broker. If classification is uncertain, we do not ship until it is resolved.
Records
Declined inquiries are recorded, including the reason for refusal. Compliance documentation accompanying each shipment (invoices, packing lists, battery documentation such as UN 38.3 where applicable, and certificates provided by the manufacturer) is retained.
