Applications

UP C40 supports routine floor cleaning in hotels, offices, shopping centers, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, transport facilities, residential properties and factories.

It handles common wet stains and dry debris, including beverage spills, water marks, mud, light oil contamination, leaves, paper scraps, coffee grounds and hair.

Cleaning limits and floor care

Scrubbing is not suitable for carpeted surfaces. The robot is not designed for heavy oil contamination or deep-cleaning tasks such as removing scratches or tire marks. Sweeping is not intended for oversized debris such as plastic bottles or cardboard boxes.

For best results, sweep before scrubbing. Where detergent is required, use a neutral, low-foaming cleaning agent.

Automatic service station

The robot returns to its service station when the battery reaches approximately 10%, the clean-water level reaches approximately 10%, or the wastewater tank reaches full capacity.

The station supports automatic charging, clean-water refill and wastewater drainage. Routine cleaning and maintenance remain necessary.

Connectivity

UP C40 supports local and remote app operation. Compatible integrations can connect it with elevators, access gates, electric roller shutters and other building devices. Depending on the site, third-party coordination and installation may be required.
