FAQ
Is SRI actually a Chinese maker?
The manufacturer is 宇立仪器 (Sunrise Instruments) with production in China; it runs an overseas sales office and reports a large global install base. Treat the export experience as a plus, not a substitute for testing to your duty cycle.
Which M4313 range should I spec?
Match rated force/torque to your peak contact loads with margin for overload, then pick the flange diameter that fits your wrist. Send us your arm's flange drawing and expected forces and we confirm the variant before quoting.
What comms does it support?
EtherCAT, Ethernet TCP/IP, RS-485, USB and CAN are offered depending on variant, plus analog output on select models. Tell us your controller bus on the RFQ.
