FAQ
Why is the RM65-B so popular in humanoid research?
Its 7.2 kg all-in weight (controller integrated in the base) and DC-24 V supply make it easy to mount on mobile bases and humanoid torsos, where a bulky external control cabinet would be a problem. Payload-to-weight is strong for its class.
What's the difference between RM65-B and the force-sensing versions?
The -B is the basic version; RealMan also sells 6-axis force-sensor variants (e.g. RM65-6F) for contact-rich tasks. If you need force control, quote the force version rather than adding a sensor to the -B.
