Is NERO the same model as PiPER?
No. AgileX lists NERO separately as a seven-axis arm. Request NERO-specific mechanical drawings, firmware and accessories instead of assuming PiPER parts or settings are interchangeable.
Which items should be included in the quotation?
Specify arm quantity, end effector, mounting orientation, power supply, communication adapter and any teleoperation equipment. Confirm the required firmware and SDK version, total tooling mass and support scope.
